Some important things to know about. . .
Our office is located in the middle of Long Island, in Smithtown, across from St Patricks Church, and is very easy to get to from both North and South Shore as well as eastern and western Long Island.
We see patients 5 days per week in the office and 2 Saturdays per month.
Our hours begin at 9AM and end when we see the last patient. Often, this means that we are in the office until 7 or 8PM seeing patients. We can always fit you in to be seen
Emergencies are always accommodated same day.
We participate with most insurance plans. We do participate with Medicare.
We utilize a state of the art CCHIT certified EMR with e-prescribe and electronic laboratory and
radiology interfaces for optimal efficiency and patient safety.
Our self-pay rates are reasonable and we always provide value for your time and money. The rate will vary depending on the complexity of your problem and solution to it, so please call to ask.
We strictly adhere to the FTC “red flag” rule that protects consumers from identity theft. To help us comply, we insist that you bring a valid identification along with your insurance card and credit card or other form of payment. If you do not have a valid ID, we may not be able to see you.
